Monitoring service
The Server Monitoring service helps you prevent downtime caused by system failures. Monitoring is done on our Zabbix server. The Zabbix agent is installed on the monitored server and checks and sends metrics directly to our Zabbix server. This means that even if your server is unavailable, you can see exactly when the downtime occurred and what it looked like.

I want professional care for my server
Server administration is an optional service for anyone with their own server but do not have the time or technical skills needed for administration. If you let our system specialists look after your server, we guarantee its optimal performance.

Server administration
If you order simple server administration, you get server monitoring and a certain number of interventions per month. You can do some things by yourself, and we take care of the rest.
Comprehensive server administration
If you order comprehensive server administration, we take over all the work. Only we have root access to your server, and our system specialists look after everything. We take full responsibility for your device.
Remote administration
Remote administration is a service for remote electronic access to a customer’s device for servicing by VNET a.s. The anydesk application must be downloaded for electronic remote access. Select your operating system to continue.
