We do our best to ensure that the time from order confirmation to service installation does not exceed 5 business days.

On business days, our team will contact you within 48 hours either by phone or email. Once your order is finalized, you will receive an email with a link directing you to the Customer Zone, where you will fill out your contract information, including: Name, address of installation, ID card number, and personal identification number.

There's no need to worry about security— all data is transmitted via encrypted connection. Based on the information provided, we will prepare your contract, which you can sign during the installation at the service address or in person at VNET’s headquarters at Černyševského 48, 851 01 Bratislava, no later than the agreed installation date. Yes, you can upgrade to a higher package or faster speed at any time, free of charge. However, if you decide to switch to a lower package or slower speed, there may be penalties as outlined in the contract.

You can transfer the contract to a tenant or new owner for a small administrative fee without any penalties for early termination. If you are moving to another apartment complex where we provide service, we are happy to relocate the services for you.

No, you won't need to pay by card or cash at the time of installation. Any charges related to the technical work will appear as a separate item on your next invoice.

Yes, it is possible to sign a contract as a legal entity. Just mention this during the initial communication with our staff, and they will prepare all the necessary contractual and legal documents in accordance with the information provided about your company, such as the business name, registered address, company ID (IČO), tax ID (DIČ), or VAT ID (IČ DPH).
