VNET offers two lines of Internet connection products. With the first one GarantLink we focus primarily on availability, quality and reliability. The service is supplied with a Service Level Agreement which warrants an agreed level of service support. The second product line is FlexiLink, which is a best-effort based service with higher transfer rates, although lower contractually guaranteed availability (or aggregation), no SLA, and very accommodating pricing.
