VNET enables you to create a call centre without financial investments to new technologies. All operators will be reachable at one central line and at a different direct line at the same time. This will enable each operator to have own clients.
Our company provides complex voice services, which include supply of software phone switchboard, its management and voice services. Normally, it is a solution based on dedicated server, i.e. server cluster. After the switchboard setup and configuration, the client passes a training to learn how to set and manage the switchboard on their own. If interested, the switchboard can be managed by a specialist from VNET.
The customer does not need classic land line anymore, internet connection of good quality is sufficient, because the IP switchboard of the client is connecting to the voice infrastructure of VNET through SIP or IAX trunk.
