The ADSL (Asymetric Digital Subscriber Line) Technology brings you the high-speed access to the internet. In this case, the word "asymmetric“means, that downstream (data transmission speed to the user) is faster than upstream (data transmission speed from the user). Flat rate packages offer maximum downstream speed of 2 560 kbps and 384 kbps for upstream. Listed speeds are maximum speeds for all ADSL products and it is not possible to guarantee a minimum speed.

VNET DSL is designed for users, who require high-speed access to the internet. In comparison to optical or FWA technology (which is provided on the network fully controlled by provider), the line for ADSL connection is owned by a third party - T-Com. Therefore, we will not be able to deal with any changes (e.g. speed) or resolve technical problems immediately.
